Afghan President to visit China

President of Afghanistan Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, at an official invitation by President of the People Republic of China, Xi Jinping will visit Beijing next week. According to reports from Kabul, the president leave the country for a three-day official visit next week.   

Afghan President Ahmadzai, leading a high-ranking government delegation is due to meet with his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, Prime Minister and Parliament speaker. Memorandums of Understandings (MoUs) are planned to be signed between Afghanistan and China with participation of the two countries presidents. 

In the sideline of his three days stay in China, President Ahmadzai is expected to participate in a session attended by Afghan and Chinese investors and traders and also pays visit to the country’s big institutions and organizations’ buildings. Afghan President will also deliver speech at Xinhua University of Beijing city and speak to a number of experts related to various issues, relations between the two countries and regional and international issues.
