Amir of Kuwait visited Saudi Arabia, met with King Abdullah

(Riyadh-AlummahWorld, Muharram 5, 1436, 29 Oct 2014) Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at his palace Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the two brotherly countries in addition to the latest developments at regional and international arenas, Saudi News Agency reported.

The audience was attended by Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Advisor to and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Chief of the General Intelligence; Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region; a number of princes and ministers and the Kuwaiti Emir's accompanying delegation.

Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah arrived home after official visit to the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia. He thanked Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for the warm reception and hospitality during his brotherly visit to the Kingdom on Tuesday.
According to KUNA, in a cable to the Saudi Monarch, His Highness the Amir said this warm reception reflected deep-rooted relations between the two countries and people.
The Amir, expressing pleasure for the meeting with the Saudi Monarch, wished King Abdullah lasting good health and that the Saudi people enjoy sustainable prosperity.
